Lovely has been my yoga teacher for the past 7 years. She makes the classes fun but also knows how to push you. She helps keep me motivated and regular with my exercise schedule. She has different workouts prepared all the time so it never gets boring. Her classes have worked wonders for my stamina, flexibility, and overall fitness.

I met Lovely in January 2018 coincidentally it was my post-delivery period, as you all know I was so bulky and out of proportion, lovely made me mentally & physically strong through yoga. Yoga is the best medicine to stay fit & healthy. Religiously following Lovely ‘s yoga I got a tremendous result, I had reduced all my pregnancy fat and gradually mentally stable.

Yoga sessions with Lovely have been amazing I feel the difference in my body it’s made me more flexible and toned. Starting the day with Surya namaskar is like greeting the sun and receiving its blessings. Yoga nourishes the body mind and soul. Starting with warm-up stretches makes the body flexible and warms up the muscles before we start to strengthen them. Each aasan has a reason and meaning. From balance to strength, regular yoga not only transforms your body but life too. Mindfulness is another quality that develops with yoga. The feeling of being totally absorbed with no thoughts, just focusing on the body part that’s being worked, can give astonishing results. Don’t underestimate the enormous benefits of Pranayam at the end of each session. The different breathing techniques center us and gradually begin to accelerate the growth and well being of each and every cell in the body. Doing yoga is like mediation. But in this case, you not only feel good you also look fabulous!
Lovely was my Yoga teacher for 2 years and was very proficient in her profession. She was very innovative and so made sure our sessions were never monotonous. We were a group of 4 people but she made sure to give all of us the right attention and also helped us along in our stretches and asanas. I certainly needed that support and welcomed it. She also has a very friendly nature and is always punctual, not wasting time during classes. I would certainly recommend her for Yoga cl asses.
