Yoga in pregnancy is one of the best gifts which you can give yourself and to the little one.
It includes very basic and simple stretches specially for the back and legs to improve the blood circulation and strengthening. Basic balancing postures are also an important part of this as the body goes through a lot of hormonal changes.
Breathing is something which is most important and it helps a lot to be ready for the physical and mental challenges, mood swings, relaxes and calms the mind and also it prepares you to take the labor pain.
Together all these help you to become physically and mentally strong to be ready for the upcoming changing routine and to get back in shape.
Regular exercise can also help you to not put on those extra kilos which every women is scared off.
So this 45 mins class includes warming up, few basic postures for balancing and strengthening, groin opening along with breathing and relaxation.
