Private Yoga

Personal yoga is a completely customized class which is designed keeping in mind the individual’s fitness goals, can be a weight loss class, meditative class, stretch class, strengthening class, or a mix of everything.
The frequency of the classes also depends on the individual or on time availability, but usually, thrice a week is recommended.
In short, your improvement is being closely monitored by the instructor thus your fitness goals can be achieved faster.
