Keeping in mind that the new generation is spending more time to computers and mobile phones and on top of that eating junks with very little or no physical activity.
In addition to that, we have almost stopped sitting on the floor and also not giving importance to family time, sharing things, etc which in turn making them stiff physically as well as mentally.
So if we want to change this then yoga should be inculcated at the right age so that this becomes a habit which in turn helps them in their mental and physical health throughout their lives.
